Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before utilizing our counselling datasets, cutoff predictive tools, and information bulletins.
1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or utilizing any features of the MedAdmission portal (including the NEET Rank Predictor, Historic Cutoff Database, Seat Matrix Viewer, and Counselling Schedule Calendar), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2Nature of Predictive Tools & Cutoff Algorithms
Our AI NEET College Predictor and Marks-to-Rank algorithms provide data-driven estimations based on historic opening and closing rank patterns from official 2024, 2025, and 2026 admissions. Please note:
- Prediction probability percentages (Safe, Target, Dream) represent statistical likelihoods and do NOT constitute a guarantee of seat allotment in any medical college.
- Actual cutoffs vary dynamically each academic year based on question paper difficulty, candidate preferences, new college approvals, and reservation quota adjustments.
- Candidates are advised to use the choice filling recommendations as a strategic planning aid alongside official MCC brochures.
3Information Accuracy & College Fee Data
While our editorial team rigorously audits seat intake counts, annual tuition fees, hospital bed capacities, and rural bond penalties against National Medical Commission (NMC) and State Fee Regulatory Authority gazettes, college authorities occasionally modify fee structures prior to counselling rounds. Users should confirm official fees on institutional websites during physical reporting.
4Intellectual Property & Permitted Use
All proprietary algorithms, UI designs, codebases, and aggregated comparative reports on this portal are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. You may download or print choice lists and cutoff reports for personal educational use. Bulk automated scraping, decompiling, or commercial mirroring of our database without written consent is strictly prohibited.
5Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall the portal administrators, developers, or content contributors be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental outcomes resulting from decisions made based on information presented on this website. Candidates bear sole responsibility for verifying registration deadlines and locking choices on official MCC and State examination portals.
6Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising in connection with the use of this portal shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
